January 20, 2015 by Updated June 16th, 2017

2015 is off to a great start for Qubole, with the addition of a new member to our partner ecosystem—Xcentium.

Xcentium is a world-class digital services and technology provider to Fortune 1000 organizations. Its E-commerce & Digital Services Practice is using Qubole’s self-service big data platform to quickly build enterprise scale solutions for its e-commerce clients. Using the Qubole Data Service, Xcentium is able to provide clients with a 360-degree view of their current and future customers based on continuous analytics. This 360-degree view is obtainable through integrating organizational data, such as weblogs, ad performance data, and commerce data, with external data sources, such as economic data, demographics, weather, social sentiment and industry benchmarks.

Qubole has a leveraged business model and is open to partnering with leading big data solution providers who have expertise in the cloud and Hadoop ecosystem of open source technologies and solutions. AWS APN partners, Microsoft Azure, and Google GCE solution providers are finding that delivering big data-as-a-service via the public cloud accelerates their time to value and customer projects getting the green light.

Xcentium is another great example of a solution provider using Qubole’s big data-as-a-service platform to offer industry-specific solutions that are highly scalable, economical and give access to data insights to more people throughout its clients’ organizations.
